Een speciale nano lot chocolade van Naive, in dit geval van een specifieke cacaoboerderij in Venezuela. In een vallei naast het Henri Pittier park – een kleine plantage die werkt met permacultuur, en waar maarlifest 13 verschillende oude criollo variëteiten worden verbouwd om te zorgen dat ze in stand worden gehouden.

Smaaktonen: notig, romig, licht fruitig zonder zuur te zijn. Smaakomschrijving van de maker: subtiel en betoverend met een zachte delicate smaak en een hint van fruitigheid.
De gebruikte cacao is een mix van verschillende oude Venezuelaanse criollo cacao variteiten – van Chuao tot Porcelana en Ocumare.
Ingrediënten: nanolot cacao, cacaoboter, rietsuiker.
