Alexandre Bellion also traveled to Vietnam to meet the cocoa farmers and of course with the chocolate makers of Marou. Through them he came into contact with the cocoa farmers and immediately took the cocoa from the country of origin, from the Vietnamese region Tien Giang.
That makes for a beautiful rich and recognizable spicy chocolate (we think on first tests on cinnamon)
