Amma ‘chocolate’ made from 80% Cupuaçu.
Not made with cocoa beans but with a direct relative of the cocoa, the beans of the Theobroma Grandiflorum or Cupuaçu. Also spelled Cupuazú, cupuassu or cupu asso. We keep it up:
Very creamy, soft in structure, unlike cocoa but also comparable. A special bar to try – and also very suitable for people who would suffer from a chocolate (cocoa) allergy.
