Beautiful organic 100% chocolate from Akesson’s own plantation ‘Ambolikapiky’ in Madagaskar. Very smooth!
The estate of Beril Akesson are in the Sambarino valley near Ambanja in North-West Madagaskar. It is about 2000 hectares in total and is divided in smaller plantation like the ‘Ambolikapiky’. They started producing in 1920. 300 tons of trinitario cocoa is produced there, and a small amount of criollo, about two tons a year.
Ingredients
100% organic cocoa. Contains cocoa beans, cocoa butter and 1 / 1000th of soy lecithin.

Goed gebalanceerde smaak, het is wel duidelijk waarom deze chocolade vaak in de prijzen valt. Lekker zacht ook. Misschien wel mijn favoriete 100% reep op het moment.
