Certified organic. Located in the Sambirano Valley in the Northwest of Madagascar.There is the Bejofo Estete from Bertil Akesson’s, spread over about 2000 hectares.
Since 1920 world-famous aromatic cocoa has been produced. Today, top chefs and top chocolate makers from around the world use the cocoa of this Estate. We use these beans to make our own cocoa butter, in Madagascar. And this white chocolate is the first ‘single estate’ white chocolate. We use a high amount of cocoa butter that we do not deodorize to preserve the authenticity of this ingredient.
