The bean to bar chocolate maker from Bonn – Georgia Ramon – has also managed to lay its hands on the fine ‘Wild Beni’ cocoa from Bolivia.
He makes it an 84% chocolate. With two ingredients: cocoa & sugar. So no cocoa butter added.
First released in 2017, then long gone – and now (2020) available again.
Taste note from the maker: honey, roasted nuts, ripe fruits (figs, plums, red berries), coffee
