Description
A real coconut milk chocolate. And that is leker. For those who want a milk chocolate but milk free – there is no milk in it – only coconut milk.
Or just for those who love coconut (Yes! I – Chocolate salesman Paul)
And then with 55% cocoa from Ben Tre, Vietnam. The people of Marou know the cocoa farmers by name – and make the chocolate entirely in Vietnam. Really a nice company, and nice chocolates.
They already had a lot of chocolates from specific Vietnamese regions. Now there are two nice bars with flavor. Or actually a few more – but they are only available in Vietnam.
We can happily praise ourselves with the coconut milk bar, and the other with arabica coffee.
No difficult complicated chocolates – deliciously sweet and dangerously sweet. The cocoa and coconut milk complement each other well. More flavor notes … follow!
Ingredients: cocoa 55%, cane sugar 27%, coconut milk powder 18%
Contains no gluten, no nuts and no milk
Awards: silver at the Academy of Chocolate 2017.
Alexandra Constance –
