A vegan ‘milk chocolate’ with finely ground almond instead of milk. It does not stop there, there is also added 15% whole roasted almond, also ground but still in pieces.
A real treat for lovers of nuts in their chocolate, lovers of almond and of course all those who for whatever reason would rather not want milk in chocolate. From vegan to who is lactose intolerant.
Even if you are not so attached to a certain diet or philosophy of life, this is really a beautiful chocolate. The 17% ground almond and 15% almond in pieces makes a total of more than 30% almond. Then there is 44% cocoa. Also certainly not a crazy ‘score’ for a ‘milk chocolate’.
Everything is also certified organic. The cocoa comes from the Dominican Republic.
