What is that again? Kefir is a fermented milk drink. Fermenting does a lot of good, whether it is in the production of beer or chocolate, we have more bacteria and yeast in our food than we sometimes think. But it is also used in milk from the Kaucasus. Read more about kefir on Wikipedia.
