A white chocolate … but not with milk but with (redskin) peanut!
Added to that are Yirgacheffe coffee from Ethopia and finally vanilla pods from Madagascar and a pinch of salt – a beautiful and also completely vegetable taste experience.
A white chocolate that is not really white because of the peanuts but light brown, and because no milk is used is also suitable for vegans. The coffee adds to the taste and the vanilla (nothing no aromas) finishes it.
Special bar, fine coffee roasted by the Union Coffee Roasters from London, with a specialty coffee score of 89. And the chocolate made by craft chocolate makers Solkiki is progressive. That you can make chocolate with peanut and soya instead of milk can still be called innovative and the result tastes excellent, as far as we are concerned.
