Dark (60%) organic chocolate from Pacari. Made entirely in Ecuador. Pieces of dried cranberry (physalis) have been added to the chocolate. That gives a little bit of crunch, and also the feeling as you melt the bar as if some acid explodes in your mouth.
Reminds us of the experiences of the past with all kinds of incredibly sweet sweets with (sometimes in the middle of) enormous acid. Beautiful. The fruity taste of golden berries is also evident, but due to the relative sweetness of the chocolate, we had this association.
For those who are used to something sweeter, it will be a completely different experience. We are curious, reviews are of course always welcome!
