Cocoa has been produced in Colombia for years, but, like Cacao Hunters, little is known about the different harvesting techniques for the production of chocolate. As a result, there is a fair amount of cocoa, but a lot of lesser quality comes from it. Cacao Hunters therefore spends most of its time instructing and educating the cocoa farmers on the planting, harvesting and fermentation needed to achieve excellent chocolate in every region.
