De La Dalia is a mix of beans from ten cocoa farmers from the ‘La Dalia’ region in Nicaragua. This series is also called ‘The Lazy Cacao Growers Blend’ because the cocoa farmers cultivate different varieties of cocoa but do not want to supply them sorted for the fermentation. The mix of all kinds of cocoa beans is still beautiful, according to the idea of Friis Holm, and hence, this series of bars.
