Description
The green sancho pepper from Japan gives a very characteristic mild taste (citrus, lemongrass, fruity, exotic) and in this chocolate actually gives no sharpness, only very slightly spicy. So don’t be afraid if you can’t stand too much spicyness. An exciting combination with the 50% O’Payo milk chocolate.
