Made with (73%) cocoa from West Uganda and added pieces of crispy caramel & sea salt.
Where Beyond Good started as Madécasse with the aim of making chocolate in Madagascar, from cocoa from Madagascar, they are now also focusing on other beautiful countries. Such as Uganda, where good cocoa also grows, and where, of course, there is also a lot of benefit if chocolate is made locally. Good organic cocoa, good chocolate, short chains, a fair price. Just as it should be.
Setting up the chocolate factory will take a number of years, but fortunately you can already pay a fair price for good cocoa and make delicious chocolate from it.
Pure with caramel & sea salt
For the chocolates made with cocoa from Uganda, Beyond Good opts for nicely fitting flavor combinations that go well with the cocoa. Where the cocoa from Madagascar is more fruity, this is cocoa with more classic chocolate flavor notes. And of course it is also nice to combine.
This dark chocolate has chunks of crunchy caramel, sea salt and a little bit of vanilla extract to top it off.
A beautiful chocolate for lovers of caramel sea salt who are fed up with very sweet milk chocolate. With 73% cocoa, this is really a good dark chocolate, logically therefore with much less sugar. Because the caramel comes in small crunchy pieces, this gives it a nice structure, and the addition of salt naturally completes the classic combination.
