A delicious Gianduja chocolate bar with hazelnuts from Chocolate Tree.
Gianduja is an originally Italian mixture of chocolate with hazelnuts from the Piedmont region. The hazelnuts are ground like the chocolate and then mixed. This way you get a very soft melting hazelnut chocolate mixture. More commonly used for example bonbon fillings, but the combination works nicely as a bar as Chocolate Tree performs.
The makers say: a beautiful dance of cocoa & hazelnuts. Melt immediately on the tongue. Serve with a double espresso.
Ingredients: hazelnuts, cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter.
