The Pisco Sour cocktail originates from Peru (or perhaps Chile) and consists of the traditional alcoholic Pisco drink together with lime or lemon juice, cane syrup and a little bitterness.
The Pisco, lime and bitter used here is added to cocoa beans from Peruvian Chililique cocoa beans. The nibs absorb the taste and are mixed in chocolate made from the same cocoa beans. The result: a beautiful combination of citrus & cocoa, acid & bitter and some sweet, of course. Special!
