Delicious in the spring, but also just if you really crave a sweet sensation.
Where Chocolatemakers in their fair Amsterdam factory (on solar energy) mainly make a lot of delicious dark chocolates and their milk chocolates also have a high percentage of cocoa (between 37% and 52%), they take a very different approach for this spring special: simply carefree lots of sugar, lots of milk, and a little less cocoa (25%). And then there is something nice done with the milk: the milk powder is roasted and caramelized, giving it a nice lightly roasted taste. Like all goodies that you bake in the oven, such as cookies.
Also nice to know: the cocoa is grown in Peru and also made into chocolate in Peru in a chocolate factory set up by the Peruvian cocoa farmers’ cooperative. Just completely in Peru. After all, chocolate makers make the cocoa mass into this tasty bar in their chocolate factory in the Amsterdam harbor, powered by a roof not full of solar panels but even made of solar panels.
Highly recommended for: all milk chocolate lovers, if it may be sweeter, if you like cookies, if you are looking for a bar to enjoy

ik houd van puur maar voor “maar” 25% cacao is het best wel bitter, ik vind het bitterder dan de 37% gorilla van hetzelfde merk, je proeft ook duidelijk iets “verbrand” erin, ik vind het niet als gewoon karamel of gekarameliseerde fruit/groente en ook niet als koekjes smaken maar meer als verbrand rijst onderin de pan waardoor de hele pan rijst verbrand smaakt, niet vies maar ook niet wow, leuk om een keer geprobeerd te hebben
