Description by the maker: The beans for this bar come from Freddy Salazar’s cocoa estate in the neighborhood of Ecuador’s Northern coast. Eric visited the plantation in 2016 and admires the commitment to quality he saw when harvesting and drying. In this bar we taste tones of fudge brownies with undertones of cherry and a hint of roasted nuts.
