Again a chocolate of which we are proud that we can offer it. We had already done a few single copies, but in the summer of 2018 we could for the first time have a delivery of actual all chocolates made by Dandelion. All origins, and even some bars made in Japan.
Anyway – this is from the famous ‘Piura Blanco’ cocoa from Peru from the 2015 harvest of the Norandino Coöperatie.
Taste description of the makers: in this bar we taste clear green grape and warm undertones of molasses.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar.
Two ingredients – more Dandelion does not need to show the special splendor of origin chocolate. No added cocoa butter and of course no soya lecithin, vanilla, etc.
