Fine vegan ‘milk chocolate’ from Definite. The nice creamy structure comes from added cashew nuts and there are also small pieces of crunchy macadamia in it. Together a nice creamy & nutty whole with a small nutty crunch – which we think will appeal to many people. The balance of nice and creamy, accessible but with 57% a nice cocoa percentage with cocoa entirely from the Dominican Republic, and the macadamia that we think is delicious. Together we think it’s a successful result – and a chocolate that deserves an audience as far as we’re concerned
