A dark milk chocolate …! That is also from Akesson’s. We didn’t have it now, but we did. And so you can enjoy it now too!
Made from cocoa from Brazil, but we can be much more specific. The region is Bahia, and the cocoa estate is Fazenda Semper Firme, a 120-hectare cocoa plantation.
The cocoa that grows there is called a Forastero cocoa variety ‘parasinho’.
A milk chocolate … but with a high cocoa percentage. Perfect for those who want to take a step towards something a little more dark.

With this bar we complete our ‘collection’ of Akesson’s. We already had all the other chocolates, the two 100% bars, the different varieties with pepper. Delicious. Not all of them are always available, there are sometimes some logistical issues. If only because, for example in Madagascar, natural disasters sometimes erupt. And if the bridges flood, you cannot take the cocoa from the cocoa plantation to the port. That is how it can be. Anyway, if it is there we should cherish this beautiful good, from Akesson’s own cocoa plantations, and the people who work there for him to lay the foundation for beautiful chocolate bars.
Ingredients: cocoa (55%), cane sugar, milk powder, pure cocoa butter, emulsifier (GMO-free soy lecithin).
