Description
Another beautiful single origin chocolate, from the Cusco region in Peru and made entirely into packaged chocolate in Peru.
We really like it when that happens and especially if the result is to our taste. Now we like chocolate with some sugar a little more – but this is a nice one for those who love it.
From the ‘Chunco’ variety cocoa grown in the Quillabamba valley. The makers describe the taste as intense and nutty. “the chocolate will transport you to the magical land of the Incas” – metaphorically then. Anyway, a nice powerful bar, unlike the Piura and Maraná, the cocoa / chocolate has less acid / fruit and you get a more nutty / creamy experience.
You can read a review of the 70% version of this bar here. If you are not used to 100% chocolates, you can of course also choose that bar – but if you are a lover of sugar-free and 100% cocoa – then this is a nice addition to your collection. And completely organic too – always a plus.
Ingredients: cocoa mass (organic), cocoa butter (organic)
May contain traces of milk and nuts.

Echt heerlijk!

Lekker.
