Morin’s 63% pure cocoa chocolate from Panama. The subtitle is ‘Dabaiba’.
Morin himself says: “This chocolate presents notes of wood and nuts to end in a pleasant hot chocolate flavor”.
With this chocolate Reen.be strongly thinks of Chocotoff (balance of dark chocolate & caramel tones) and elsewhere the floral and vanilla touch is emphasized.
Fortunately, Morin himself writes about his own taste note: “The aromas mentioned come from our own experience of chocolate and should not dominate your own taste experience” – in other words: discover for yourself what this bar evokes in you.
Furthermore, a taste profile for the Panama Dabaiba from Morin can be found at C-spot.
Contains: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin
Allergy note from the maker: may contain traces of milk, nuts and sesame.
