Just, as we always opt for special chocolate, from fair cocoa and known origin.
The cocoa for this chocolate Santa Claus comes from Ecuador, to be precise from Hacienda Limon in the province of Los Rios.
Pump Street Bakery makes the chocolate in Suffolk (they also bake bread and other goodies, hence the name).
A dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa was chosen for this Santa Claus. They turn that into a chocolate. Not massive but hollow, as is so nice with such a figure, so that you can bite off nice pieces. As a result, you certainly do not have to eat nauseous (50 grams). The chocolate Santa is packaged in a beautiful tube that is gift-worthy in itself, see the picture. Definitely looks good under your Christmas tree.
