Is Cabernet Sauvignon not a blue grape variety? And a wine named after that?Certainly! And Raaka is so inventive to gently bring such a wine to the boil. And above that, let the cocoa be steamed to let the taste of the Cabernet Sauvignon in the Peruvian cocoa.

The cocoa comes from cooperative CAC Pangoa, from Peru.

In addition, the cocoa is also not burned, for various reasons including health. Raaka calls this ‘virgin’ cocoa. They do not call it ‘raw’ because they have trouble with that label.

cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cabernet sauvignon. The cocoa and sugar are organic.
