Lemon and chocolate … maybe not the most logical combination. Maybe it is if you are Raaka. Because these makers from New York have made something qutie beautiful. The coconut is the connector between the cocoa and the lemon and the whole is a very refreshing (sour) chocolate that at the first time our taste was reminiscent of a delicious lemon sorbet ice cream. Might be the perfect summer chocolate?
