The cocoa is Marañon Nacional cacao from Peru, the whiskey is a beautiful fruity whiskey from Starward where the cacao ribs are soaked, to form a beautiful whole.
The whole thing is great, the combination of chocolate with whiskey is wonderful – for lovers it is fun to try origin chocolate with various quality whiskeys – but it is equally fun when makers themselves make the combination and make a chocolate bar with whiskey in it.
