Described by the Canadian chocolate makers as follows: “Our friend Desmond, he is partly farmer, partly philosopher partly doll man (all perfect character traits to cultivate great cocoa) owns Bacheloor Hall Estates, left to him by his grandfather, fed by two water sources , its plantation is at a unique location in a valley with very rich soil between the spiritual and majestic Blue and John Crowe mountains.Reingings were originally transferred from Trinidad in the 1800’s.Dad today the cocoa grows naturally, without fertilizer, surrounded by coconut palms .
We climb to the highest point of the plantation where the breathtaking beauty of the sea, the forest and the mountains surround us on all sides. ”

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
