Dark … but also more sweetness thanks to the coarse grind. Chocolate that is accessible with regard to sweetness, even if you are used to sweeter supermarket bars. The structure is very different because it is ground on stone with a coarse grind. Very different from the butter-soft chocolates as we know … and that is actually nice about it. Otherwise, some also get used to … but a nice experience and there are quite a few people who no longer want anything else. And many more who love it for a change.
