Because we want give vegans to enjoy good chocolate, and even good milk chocolate, we often look for chocolates that meet our requirements. So in this case:
Milk chocolate but completely vegan
Bean to bar. Fair price for the cocoa, transparent trade, etc. You pay more for but then you also have something.
Who seeks, who finds. And although we taste a lot that we do not like very much, more and more chocolate is coming along and we say ‘yes’ or ‘how to say goodbye!’
This chocolate also falls into that category. Made by Dormouse – a mini chocolate company from Manchester. Isobel makes bean to bar chocolates. Always with muscovado sugar (gives a characteristic taste) instead of cane sugar. Always with special origin chocolate. And often with very creative flavoring additives that are still tasty too. Previously, there was already a bar inspired by Polish cherry soup, a chocolate like a pancake, a chocolate matured on rum casks and … much more.
Now also a first vegan milk chocolate (the pure bars were obviously vegan, just like all dark chocolates from our range)
Very tasty, creamy. No off-taste as is usually the case with soy.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, muscovado sugar, almond nuts, cocoa butter.
Allergy note of the maker: made in a place where almonds and hazelnuts are processed.
The cocoa comes from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. 50% cocoa.
