Of course, a condition to be a good chocolate maker is that you can make excellent ‘ordinary’ chocolates. That is good at Dormouse. If the chocolate maker (m / f) also dedicates himself with heart and soul to also bring out a number of innovative chocolates – then we will come up with positive points.
Dormouse certainly does this. Excellent dark chocolates, milk chocolates & roasted white chocolates. Very small-scale and of excellent quality.
But then also bars like this … an interpretation of the Polish / Hungarian cherry soup – in the form of a chocolate bar.
Good acid, of course with the sweetness of the white chocolate, absolutely intriguing, especially thanks to the beautiful color that the whole yields. White chocolate with cherries, the combination produces a beautiful pink-purple hue.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, sour cherries, milk powder (organic), cinnamon.
