The Beans: Grown on the Kablon Farm in Tupi, South Cotobato – a province in the southern reaches of the Philippines by the Pantua family. We were first introduced to these beans by Estela when she pressed a bag of beans from her uncle in our hands on The Chocolate Show in 2016 and have loved working with them ever since.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa beans, light muscovado sugar, cocoa butter), toffee crunch (sugar, butter [from milk], golden syrup)
Minimum cocoa solids 71.5%
Allergy note: contains milk, may contain traces of almonds and hazelnuts.
