Now Dormouse is in any case a small-scale chocolate maker (in Manchester) and the chocolates are very popular so in fact everything that makes Dormouse can be called a bit limited.
We greatly appreciate Dormouse’s choices for added flavors. Sometimes very intense (chocolate based on Polish cherry soup), always characteristic (also by the used Muscovado sugar) and often very tasty, in balance.
So also here, this is surely a chocolate bar that we can eat in an evening.
A pure chocolate (70%) of cocoa (Gran Nativo Blanco) from Piura, Peru mixed with a hazelnut praline and pieces of caramelized hazelnut. The whole is very tasty, and tasty. Accessible chocolate bar!
Ingredients: cocoa beans, muscovado sugar, praline (hazelnuts, sugar, soya lecithin), cocoa butter.
Allergy note of the maker: made in a place where almonds and hazelnuts are used.
