The second cocoa chocolate from Indonesia from Fossa, in addition to the Pak Eddy 70%.
This micro-lot cocoa comes from the Popayato-Paguat Landscape in the province of Gorontalo Indonesia, where the cocoa fermentes for 6 days and then dried in the sun.
Burung Indonesia is the Birdlife International of Indonesia and works together with small farmers to produce high-quality cocoa while protecting nature, where 1777 species of birds live.

Ingredients: cocoa (72%), sugar.
Allergy note: made in a workshop where nuts and milk are also processed. Vegan & gluten free.
