Made in collaboration with Pekoe & Imp. These are curators of special tea with which Fossa in Singapore works well together. In this case they opted for a green tea Bi Tan Piao Xue – a green tea with jasmine flowers. We found much more about this specific tea on this site. Combined in a chocolate of Indonesian cocoa.

碧潭 飘雪 (Bi Tan Piao Xue) is a traditional tea from Mount Emei in Sichuan Province. Made from high quality green tea harvested in the spring, layered with the best jasmine flowers that bloom in the summer, it is an elegant tea that fits the name.
Our preparation with the floral and slightly fruity Indonesian cocoa provides a chocolate with a deep taste with persistent umami and jasmine scent. ”
