Milk chocolate from Tanzania cocoa (52%) with good thick pieces of sticky lychee and crunchy cocoa nibs. The cocoa is finally served with rose tea.
We always find pieces a bit difficult because the distribution on the bar is never perfectly optimal. So then you taste a piece with and then without. But the great thing is that even if you have a bite of the chocolate without the lychee and nibs, it is already very tasty. Milk chocolate with roses, we didn’t think we could like that.
The lychee has been added in quite large pieces, compared to the otherwise fairly subtle strip. So good to taste.
