Fossa made this chocolate bar with the delicious floral / nutty Bolivia Beniano cocoa. And didn’t just add anything … macadamia nuts were caramelized and added to the bar in pieces. And then came the addition that completes this bar … roasted shiitake mushrooms.
A nice taste experience, the sweet cocoa chocolate from Bolivia (reminiscent of honey), the heartiness of the shiitake and the wonderfully creamy nutty taste of the macadamia. Really a piece of art.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, macadamia, cocoa butter, shiitake mushrooms, sea salt.
