Description
A milk chocolate (with 54% cocoa from Tanzania) with pieces of caramelized yuzu skin & sea salt on top.
A chocolate that we had to get used to. The first impression was ‘meh’ but later we started to understand it. We often find chocolate with pieces a bit more difficult, because one bite is always different from the other – the distribution is never 100% perfect. But… it is quite an excellent (creamy) milk chocolate, and when you have a piece in which the soft citrus tastes come together with the sweet and salty and you get completely imbued with the taste (up to your nose) then it is it is very pleasant. Not for the subtle flavours, but for the balance and to simply enjoy it – as Fossa puts it: excellent as an afternoon snack with a cup of tea. Although you should especially taste it when you think it tastes good. If you prefer not to have milk chocolate anyway, then it is better to leave it alone.
