Fossa further says: “Single-estate chocolate made from cocoa that is personally grown by our friend Pak Eddy (local term for Uncle Eddy) on his small estate in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
This year’s harvest is exceptional, helped by little rain during the flowering season and lots of sunshine during the drying period. ”
Taste note from the makers: taste of creamy almond with notes of raisin and floral undertones.
