A chocolate that is inspired by the certainly widespread satay sauce in Singapore. Here simply known as saté sauce. So yes, a chocolate that has its origin in saté sauce. But then as it is made in Singapore. With a nice kick of chili pepper.
The chocolate is made with caramelized peanuts and smoked sun-dried chili peppers.
These are mixed with the Pak Eddy 70% dark chocolate that Fossa made. A powerful and fiery whole.
We think it’s a friendly bar, but after a few seconds the spiciness will definitely come. But we do like spicy. So those who are not used to chili pepper will certainly find it sharp.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, peanut, cocoa butter, chili pepper, sea salt.
At least 54% cocoa.
