Fossa – Salted Egg Cornflakes

Homemade salted egg popcorn topped with spicy chili padi (bird’s eye chili) and aromatic curry leaves. This is sprinkled on a special slowly caramelized white chocolate to get a blonde color and taste tones of biscuit. The makers also say: addictive, not to share.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, milk powder, sugar, salted duck yolk, cornflakes *, butter, curry leaves, chili, sea salt.
