The cocoa from Semuliki Forest Cacao from Uganda in the Budibugyo region in the west of the country has now reached many craft chocolate makers. And that’s beautiful. Although for now the version of Rozsavolgyi remains our favorite – Fossa wouldn’t be Fossa if they didn’t also make a pretty perfect chocolate – as far as we’re concerned.
With nice warming taste tones, a nice fruity acidity and also quite a bit of ‘normal’ chocolate flavor in a nice balance that you might like. Anyone who is already fond of what Fossa makes will of course want to try it anyway.
