This is by far the chocolate with the craziest name in our range. We therefore do not say too much about it, except for reassurance: no, there is of course no duck poop in it. Duck Shit Dancong (Ya Shi Xiang) is the name of an oolong tea cultivated in the Phoenix mountain area in the Guangdong province. And it is in there. So tea. But very special tea, with a special name too.
Fossa says: “Ya Shi Xiang (literally translated to Duck Shit) is a dancong tea that is grown in Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong province. The story goes that the farmer, in an attempt to reveal the secret of his delicious tea gave it an unpleasant name and it lingered. ”
Taste note by the makers: Floral fragrance layered with notes of longan fruit and malt.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, tea leaves.
Allergy note of the makers: contains milk. Made in a place where nuts are processed. Free from gluten and soy.
Wonderful for tea lovers. Certainly to taste together with the two other tea chocolates that Fossa created together with connoisseurs Pekoe & Imp.
