A wonderful way to get acquainted with Friis Holm and his chocolates that only differ because of how the cocoa is fermented.
The package contains 4 small 25 gram bars:
Chuno Triple Turned 70%
Chuno Double Turned 70%
Rugoso Bad Fermentation 70%
The Chunos are exactly the same chocolate except that the cocoa has been turned over twice during one fermentation during fermentation, this happened once more with the other bar.
The Rugosos, too, are basically the same, except to what extent the fermentation has been carried out.
As far as we are concerned, more than beautifully packaged and for that reason alone a brilliant gift for just about every serious chocolate lover ..
