The La Dalia is a mix of beans from ten cocoa farms from the region ‘La Dalia’ in Nicaragua.
The series is also named ‘The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend’ because the farmers have several variëties of cocoa but won’t sort them before fermentation. The resulting mix of several kinds of beans is, at least in Friis Holm’s opinion, still great. And that’s why he makes this series of bars.
