A great way to get acquainted with the wonderful chocolates from Friis Holm. And of course to taste the difference in cocoa. Every type of cocoa is different, and you can taste that for sure. From subtle differences in taste to a world of difference, chocolate is so much more than ‘candy’ and you can taste it well if you place different chocolates next to each other. From fruity to nutty, for those who learn to appreciate chocolate, it can really be an eyeopener. From the difference in origin to the different ways in which the makers work and, one step further, the difference between specific cocoa species & difference in fermentation.

The chocolates in this package (and note: it is really mini, 4×5 grams, but perfectly suited for the introduction – of course you can taste it best by melting the chocolate on the tongue) are also available as 100 gram bars.
