Thanks to rough (stone) grind, rougher in structure than you are used to from Fruition. But that is absolutely intentional to make something extra special. And we appreciate it.
Yes, silky melting chocolates are beautiful, but every now and then a somewhat coarser version reminds you of how it used to be. When it was not possible to grind accurately with complex equipment up to the micrometer, the time a mortar had to do the job – often manually.
Anyway, a nice bar, with special taste tones – even again.
