62% dark chocolate, as always with Fu Wan, of course with cocoa from Taiwan and made entirely in Taiwan. ‘Ancient Coffee’ has been added to this version, so age-old coffee. We assume that it is an old coffee variety and not coffee that has been tasted for a long time. But we don’t know what it is exactly. After all, Fu Wan comes from Taiwan and does have a lot of information in English, but this bar is just a bit short.
So just taste it, is our advice 🙂
We tasted of course, and the cocoa and coffee are intriguing together. Quite sweet, but also a lot of dark coffee. As if you are taking a very strong coffee with a little sugar. If the ratio is just exactly right, it can be very tasty. And then the taste tones of the very tasty cocoa come through. Like the Ping Tung # 1.
They give a nice sense of inspiration to this bar: “If only we were 100 years ago, in the forest and amids the clouds”
Definitely intended to be remembered while you enjoy this chocolate.
