A 55% dark milk chocolate with coffee & cocoa nibs. The coffee is ground and liquefied and ground by the chocolate. Then crispy cocoa nibs are also added.
Used coffee beans: ‘Bench Maji’ from Ethiopia. The beans are roasted by ‘Café a Casa’ in Vienna.
Cocoa comes from the Dominican Republic.
